NEHERP Update

⚠ Delays Expected Thru 3/26 ⚠

We want to provide a quick and transparent update regarding order processing times. Over the past several weeks, we experienced a record-breaking surge in orders - which we are incredibly grateful for. Unfortunately, that surge coincided with a series of unexpected challenges, including Jess's father passing away, a major blizzard, two additional winter storms, and a building fire that temporarily disrupted portions of our warehouse. It's been a rough few weeks. 👀

We’re very thankful to report that no humans or animals were harmed, as the fire was limited to a heat treatment area away from our primary operation. However, the fire and subsequent water response resulted in the loss of pallets of cork bark and Ghostwood, with the storms causing temporary staffing limitations. While we have been working extended hours and doing everything possible to stay on pace, these overlapping events have temporarily placed us behind on packing and shipping.

Our goal is to be fully caught up by March 26th, and we are making steady daily progress toward that target. We truly value your patience and continued support. Thank you for sticking with us through an unusually intense stretch. We’re sincerely grateful for this community.
